I am a Licensed Professional Counselor working with adults, adolescents, and families. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Policy Studies at Dickinson College in PA and moved to New Orleans in 2005. In 2007, I graduated from Loyola University with my Masters in Counseling. I work with clients focusing on depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, ADHD, Bi-Polar d/o, relational problems and general life transitions or stressors. Using primarily mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, I offer both individual and family sessions. During this time of COVID-19, all of my sessions are offered via a HIPPA compliant teletherapy platform. My professional experience includes working with medical professionals, medical students, educators, parents, children and the LGBTQ+ community. I strive to meet people where they are, identify where they want to be, and help them navigate that road at their own pace with persistence and self-awareness. I believe in cultivating joy, and creating a space that is open, non-judgmental, and safe.
